Caring for a loved one can be an overwhelming and isolating endeavor. You don’t have to go through it alone.
Taking care of a loved one is a difficult task, especially if you have to try and deal with guilt, pain, and fear on your own. This group aims to provide a safe space for caregivers of different kinds. This group is for sharing personal stories and finding a community of people with similar experiences. All the parts of the participants are welcome – including parts of you that feel difficult emotions while or toward caregiving.

I joined the group when mom got diagnosed with dementia.
Of course it was suspected but, it still just like reality hit. And I am so thankful for having access to this group at right time.
The group experience was wholesome. For the first time I met people and related so hard.
Harsh Caregiver to sibling with autismThank you to all of you for your rants, advise and a place to go when everything felt so dark and never ending.

✔️ Weekly 75-minute online video sessions
While the format can vary as per topic, here’s a flow that most sessions follow
Check In. Participants check-in with each others’ feelings and answer the prompt given by the facilitator if any.
Conversation. Your facilitator will guide the group in a free-flowing conversation—with the goal of sharing openly, talking honestly, and deep emotional connection.
Check Out. Participants share what they’re taking away from the session.
Participants say that they feel heard, understood, more in control, and a feeling that you’ve got people rooting for you. By talking about your emotions and what’s going on in your life, you’ll realise that you’re not alone and get ideas for how to improve your situation.
