I have always been portrayed as the strongest person in the family which eventually built this feeling of forming a wall in order to avoid emotions. Denial has been my coping mechanism which led to bottling up of certain feelings instead of talking out. Crying out loud infront of anyone has never been my cup of tea.
I consider myself bi-curious and I’m still exploring. Lockdown ignited those hidden emotions causing anxiety and depression which got to a point of self harm and suicidal thoughts. I’m still fighting it and I wish to help people move out of it by forming a safe space.
