A deep loss is isolating and painful. Join a tight-knit group of people going through grief too.
A place to share stories, ask questions or seek advice. Grief affects every person in a different way every time. Whether you are grieving the dead, a relationship, a job, a pet, a place or an era you are welcome here. The intention of this space is to experience and allow onself to grieve at their own pace while holding space for each other. The process of grieving isn’t linear and not experienced in stages, it’s a complex process which takes time, compassion and care.
Anyone who is experiencing any sense of loss: loss of a loved one, loss of a job, a loving relationship, loss of a dream, a possibility, a hope that you were holding on. Grief support space is not limited to bereavement. Grief is a very complex emotion that needs time, space and comfort, we hope to create that space in a collective sense of community to grieve ourselves and with each other sometimes, in silence, in any creative expression form thorugh movement, writing, music , any chord that makes you feel connected.
• Sharing stories in a space where you can belong
• Feeling isolated and disconnected
• Waves of emotions that come and go
• Other people who don’t understand
• Exploring ways of remembering and bringing the parts that we may draw comfort from
Grief can feel lonely and isolating, we may be in hurry to “”get over”” or “”move on”” from it, this space is an intention to allow ourselves to grieve and collaboratively share and come up with ways of minimising the pain.
You’re free to be sad, happy, frustrated, cry or laugh – just be yourself and you won’t be judged. My group understands what grief feels like – for real.

✔️ Small group, 6-8 people
✔️ Every meeting led by a world-class facilitator
✔️ Weekly 75-minute online video sessions
While the format can vary as per topic, here’s a flow that most sessions follow
Check In. Participants check-in with each others’ feelings and answer the prompt given by the facilitator if any.
Conversation. Your facilitator will guide the group in a free-flowing conversation—with the goal of sharing openly, talking honestly, and deep emotional connection.
Check Out. Participants share what they’re taking away from the session.
Participants say that they feel heard, understood, more in control, and a feeling that you’ve got people rooting for you. By talking about your emotions and what’s going on in your life, you’ll realise that you’re not alone and get ideas for how to improve your situation.
