Learn from us & from each other

I’m so grateful that there was a conversation beyond sleeping teas, sleep hygiene and melatonin. No fake insomniacs and real understanding for a change.

Bagmi Anxiety & insomnia

While I knew most of the tips/techniques discussed in the group, having a weekly session kept me accountable and helped me make real progress.

Faizan Sleep teas are sham

Amazing experience. Loved talking to other participants. The common hatred for birds brought us together 😛
