This is a group for those with Chronic pain surviving visible and invisible illnesses
The goals of the group are to create a safe and supportive space for those of us living with chronic pain. The facilitator, while trained in this area is a user survivor of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia herself.
Pain can be isolating and depressing. People in pain are constantly being judged by those who don’t have pain. People think you are fine because pain is invisible. In a support group, you are with others who know this isn’t true.
The space is designed for you to find support and learn practical coping mechanisms.
This space is for anyone living with Chronic Pain. Chronic pain comes in many forms and from many causes: systemic conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia; injuries; and localized discomfort such as back pain, headaches and migraines.

Mansi Has anhedoniaIt was comforting to hear that other people went through similar things. And hearing what was good, what was bad, and what they would change.
Isha Has Rheumatoid ArthritisI am so grateful to have joined the group. I feel more connected to others, less alone in my experience, and supported. To someone in my situation who was considering bonanzatouch, I’d simply say: DO IT
Rishi Has fibromyalgiaMs. Ipsita Chatterjee has been a practicing psychologist for more than six years. She works as a therapist because she believes that mental health is one of the most important parts of one’s life and there is a need for having safe spaces to navigate concerns pertaining to it. Listening to people’s stories, hearing about their resilience and strengths, working with clients questioning single storied ways of being through a strength based approach, finding alternative stories and alternative definitions that work best to suit their individual needs are some of her favorite parts of the therapy process. Therapy for her more than just reduction in distress, it is also a process of allowing oneself to be, to grow and to explore.
Ipsita, while trained in this area is a user survivor of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia herself.
At bonanzatouch, you’ll meet people who get what you’re going through and might be living some of the same realities. People looking for extraordinary conversations, just like you.
✔️ Small group, 6-8 people
✔️ Every meeting led by a world-class facilitator
✔️ Weekly 75-minute online video sessions
While the format can vary as per topic, here’s a flow that most sessions follow
Check In. Participants check-in with each others’ feelings and answer the prompt given by the facilitator if any.
Conversation. Your facilitator will guide the group in a free-flowing conversation—with the goal of sharing openly, talking honestly, and deep emotional connection.
Check Out. Participants share what they’re taking away from the session.
Participants say that they feel heard, understood, more in control, and a feeling that you’ve got people rooting for you. By talking about your emotions and what’s going on in your life, you’ll realise that you’re not alone and get ideas for how to improve your situation.
