Explore the challenges and opportunities associated with midlife. Find support and tools to navigate these transitions meaningfully.
The goal of the group is to explore, understand and navigate the many transitions, internal conflicts and reevaluations that midlife creates for women. Often it starts with a realisation that only half of one’s life is potentially remaining, that time is running out. It can trigger existential questions around identity, purpose and one’s mortality. It can also create insecurities around changes in the body, career and relationships. Finally, demands around caregiving for aging parents and growing children can be exhausting. Sharing stories and experiences in this group will help you form a healthy relationship with midlife identity.
This group is designed for women in their midlife- 35-55 years of age who would like to examine the many transitions and challenges of this unique developmental time in their life.

Ketki PhysicianI just had a very emotional discussion. It was probably one of the most helpful things for me in years.
Isha HomemakerI’d give it a 10 [out of 10]. I’m surprised at how vulnerable and open everyone was in the first session.
