A space to bring together free thinking & open minded individuals who are starting to feel or have always had an intense craving for the presence of spirituality in their lives, would like to explore the lessons it teaches us and applying these lessons to improve, elevate and add value to the quality of our day to day lives.

Goals of the group

By the end of the course, participants will be able to

1. Honour their inner call and learn to listen to it
2. They will learn to live intentionally in their daily life
3. We will learn to interpret books, rituals and other cultural codes for guidance and support

Who is it for?

This group is for you if you feel a sense of belonging to something larger than yourself. If you have struggled to find joy and satisfaction in your day-to-day life and seek something beyond it, participating in this group will help you create harmony between your inner and outer lives.

Meet your Facilitator

Ankit Chhabra

Ankit is a seeker in the wisdom traditions of India. He is a Yoga Teacher Trainee with Studio Abhyas, members of Ritambhara Acharya Sangha and goes on annual Vipassana Retreats.

The core of his work includes creating dialogic spaces where people can look within and see the connection between their inner and outer lives.

Inspired by the likes of Gandhi, Aurobindo, Vivekananda and Guru Gobind his experiments in service took him back to his roots in Punjab. He is creating a community-led model of higher education which is open, inclusive and accessible for all.

While the format can vary as per topic, here’s a flow that most sessions follow

Check In. Participants check-in with each others’ feelings and answer the prompt given by the facilitator if any.

Conversation. Your facilitator will guide the group in a free-flowing conversation—with the goal of sharing openly, talking honestly, and deep emotional connection.

Check Out. Participants share what they’re taking away from the session.

Participants say that they feel heard, understood, more in control, and a feeling that you’ve got people rooting for you. By talking about your emotions and what’s going on in your life, you’ll realise that you’re not alone and get ideas for how to improve your situation.
