Group discussions and exercises about body image, self-esteem, boundaries, expressing your needs, identifying your desires and opening yourself up to positive sexual experiences.
Pleasure is so significant and important for most of us individually but there’s limited avenues to understand ourselves better or discuss and learn from each other. If we dont talk about it, don’t discuss it, we don’t want to go through our entire lives with a feeling that we could have and should have explored more. This group is a space to rewires our thought process, overcome shame if any, identify our desires and safely explore them.
This group is a women’s only group. You can be single, commited, married or somewhere in between. When we believe we simply aren’t good enough, our marriage isn’t good enough, our partner isn’t good enough, we simply give up. We find comfort in that role of passive bystander. It’s comforting because it’s safe. It’s familiar. It’s what we know. This group is an opportunity to break the inertia and explore more.

Loved the group. I related with everyone so much. We discussed things that I haven’t even told my best friends.
Himani (she/her)It was a very positive experience for me. For me understanding and verbalising what I want is half the battle won.
Anisha (she/her)Sex/intimacy had taken a backseat for me amidst caring for kids and a busy job. This group literally helped me reboot.
