SERVICES

• Age Requirement: To access our services, you must be 18 years of age or older. Individuals below the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Services and Platform.
• Registration: To avail our services, you need to register on the Platform by providing your personal information, such as your preferred name, email address, phone number, and optionally, sensitive information related to mental health conditions or traumatic experiences.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and must not disclose your password to any third party. You are solely liable for any activities carried out under your account, regardless of whether you authorized them. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, promptly notify Bonanza Touch.
• Personal and Non-Commercial Use: Our services are for personal, non-commercial use and should not be shared with others.
• Peer Conversations: You can connect with our Peers through our Platform by booking an appointment and paying the applicable fees. Peers are individuals who have overcome similar challenges and provide a safe space for you to share your experiences.
• Becoming a Peer: If you wish to become a Peer, follow the instructions on the Platform and provide the necessary information.
• Appointment Duration: Each 1-on-1 conversation lasts for 45-50 minutes, with the possibility of extension at the Peer’s discretion. Extended conversations will be considered as a separate slot and require additional payment.
• Group Conversations: Group therapy sessions conducted by mental health experts last approximately 75 minutes. You can sign up for these sessions on the Platform.
• Communication Guidelines: All communications with Peers must be conducted through the Platform. Sharing or requesting contact information outside the Platform is not allowed.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and specific restrictions.
• Privacy Policy: Your information is subject to our Privacy Policy, accessible at [insert link]. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• Maintenance and Interruptions: We may temporarily change or interrupt services for maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance, but we are not liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss. In case of service disruption, book an alternate appointment or reach out to us for assistance.

CONDUCT AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS

• Prohibited Behavior: While using our services, do not engage in abusive, discriminatory, or offensive behavior. Prohibited behavior includes sexually explicit material, violence, bullying, hate speech, insensitivity towards sensitive events, unlawful activity, and marketing unrelated to mental health discussions.
• Paid Services: Certain services, such as 1-on-1 conversations and group therapy sessions, require payment. Detailed information and payment options are available on the Platform. User fees are non-refundable, and rescheduling/cancellation is not allowed.
• Unavailability of Peer: If a Peer is unavailable at the appointed slot, you may choose a refund or reschedule with the same Peer. Alternatively, we may redirect you to another Peer with similar experiences.
• Disclaimer of Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited as permitted by law.
