2017 was the year when life took a turn for me, I shifted to Bangalore thinking I would finally find a home here. I am an army brat because of which I have changed almost 10 different schools with no permanent residence and no childhood or any constant friends as obvious, which has triggered panic in me. I did my Masters here and finally made few friends that I would hold for life. Right after college I stepped into corporate, and my life was a loop- waking up logging in and out. Pandemic hit me hard, I lost my young brother who was battling from depression and I couldn’t save him. I remember pushing him to consult a psychiatrist as I could see him slipping each day. When he lost his life, I lost all hope and hit rock bottom. The pandemic years are just blurred memories of panic attacks, cold feet and sleepless nights. I picked myself from there to the person I am right now with optimism, that come what may I shall face it with the courage.
